Hello readers!
Okay, I say readers like there are many of you. I know there are not THAT many. But I mean you, first-time-reader or sometimes-follower!
I just wanted to let you know that I am working on a somewhat-lengthy blog post entitled “Why Women’s College?”. As a women’s college naysayer-turned-believer, I feel like it is an exciting topic and I’m ready to take it on!
However, I’m somewhat swamped at the moment with the demands of fourth year. I’ve decided that I better buckle down and actually do stuff instead of just writing blog posts for fun!
It’s completely unfair of me to leave you hanging, though. So, as a place-holder for my next blog, I present you with my (real life) To Do List. Maybe having it posted here will motivate me to start working on it?
1. Clean the bathroom (My roommate is going insane because I haven’t cleaned it in three weeks. Sorry!)
2. Do my laundry (I ran out of pants today.)
3. Do readings + reflective summary for class tomorrow (I just finished the readings, and I will be summarizing momentarily.)
4. Write up methods & results for my thesis (No really, because the whole thing needs to be drafted this week. Yikes!)
5. Pay rent, phone bill, & visa bill (YUCK. Bills = too grown up for my taste.)
6. Make a birthday card
7. Call my mother
8. Eventually start working on my other final term paper & start studying for exams?!?
9. SLEEP! (I am exhausted from pulling almost-all nighters. Remember how I said I started my last couple papers earlier than usual? Well, it wasn’t quite early enough).
10. Test 40 more participants at work before school ends
11. Write a blog post to explain why I don’t have time to write a blog post
Well, at least I got one thing checked off!
